As Casella’s vice president of sustainability, Abbie Webb leads the company’s sustainability programs and engages stakeholders around its 2030 goals. She also supports the development of services that help Casella’s customers achieve their own sustainability objectives.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Abbie has served on the board of the Solid Waste Association of North America’s Northern New England Chapter and currently serves as co-chair of the Recycled Materials Association’s sustainability working group. She is a recipient of the Waste360 40 Under 40 award and speaks regularly on topics related to climate, sustainability and the circular economy.

Abbie lives with her family on two acres in central Massachusetts.
