Zach Martin is the CEO of BTR. He became CEO in 2025 after serving as president since August 2020. He joined the company in 2016 as vice president of sales, North America.

Before joining BTR, Zach spent 13 years in sales, business development and sales leadership at Rehrig Pacific Co. With more than 20 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, he serves on the Board of Trustees and as chair of the Suppliers Board of Governors for the National Waste & Recycling Association. He is also past chair of the Environmental Research & Education Foundation’s Auction Committee.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marshall University.
